Symptom narrative

Client woke up with a headache and tightness in chest, went to Urgent Care and after checking vitals, they were concerned with her heart rhythm and blood pressure and sent her to ED. Dr. diagnosed her with a severe migraine from the vaccine. The Dr. could not say for sure that her other symptoms came from the flu shot, but recommended she not take the flu vaccine anymore due to concerns for her heart and blood pressure.
