5 y/o unvaccinated patient presented with head laceration. Parent agreed to tetanus vaccine and immune globulin. Adacel tdAp was ordered at 2028, verified at 2031 and given at 2042. The patient should have been given DTaP. There are no flags or alerts that pop up for ordering tdap on patients < 7 yrs.
