Symptom narrative

Px received the vaccine Saturday 10/4/25. She said a few hours later she noted a red rash at the injection site and it felt hot to the touch. By Monday 10/6/25, she complained that the rash had grown larger in diameter and still felt hot to the touch. I asked if she had any other symptoms. She said she did not. I advised her how to treat the site, and monitor for further signs/symptoms, and to seek medical help if it did get worse.
