Symptom narrative

Patient reports significant pain at time of injection, within 24 hours there was significant swelling and pain. Pain continued past swelling resolution and an MRI was eventually conducted that showed tendon injury and free fluid. The injection site (as reproted by patient) is a red bump and there is movement restriction and pain in the arm.
