Symptom narrative

Body and muscle aches/stiffness, dizziness, headache, fatigue, sweating, chills, fever. Patient took Tylenol. Symptoms started improve after 48 hours.

back pain, hamstring injury, unexplained rashes

alopecia, anxiety, ADHD, chronic pain, mood disorder, osteopenia, recurrent genital herpes, recurrent UTI, tobacco use, vitamin D deficiency, osteoarthritis of hip.
