Symptom narrative

I blacked out for 10 minutes -- I was standing in my bathroom and felt a sudden, overwhelming need to lie down (completely off-balance and like my I was being pushed down from the top of my head); I woke up on my living room floor and saw by the clock that 10 minutes had passed. My head caught the edge of a square table causing a cut beside my right eye as well as I have a bruise by that eye and on the part of my head and the side of my leg that landed on the floor. I was completely recovered/back to normal by early afternoon. I have never had any reaction to the Flu vaccine (this is my 20th flu vaccine).
