Symptom narrative

On September 3, 2025, I received three vaccines (Hepatitis B, HPV, and Influenza) in my right arm at Pharmacy. The same day, I began experiencing severe shoulder pain and very limited range of motion. The pain worsened over the next several days. I went to the Hospital Emergency Room twice for evaluation due to the ongoing pain and inability to lift my arm. Later, I was seen by Orthopedic Group, where I was diagnosed with chemical bursitis / SIRVA (shoulder injury related to vaccine administration). An X-ray was performed to rule out other injuries. As of now, I am still in pain and have limited movement in my right arm
