Symptom narrative

It started Friday morning (10/3/25) with nausea then about 10am the chills, fever, abdominal cramping and vomiting started. By 8pm Friday night the patients I-watch started alarming low heart rate in the 55-59 range she double checked it and it was accurate and then she woke up in the middle of the night Friday into Saturday with it alarming between 47-49 through Sunday (10/5/25) at 10 am. She treated with tylenol, motrin and zofran. Symptoms were resolved by Sunday (10/5/25) morning.

Medical history

Exercise induced asthma (has not use an inhaler for over a year). Raynaud's Disease, colitis, and mitral valve prolapse however last echo was clear.

Other medications

Claritin, flonase, and singular

Allergies

Penicillin, sulfa, calcium channel blockers (cardura, procardia, amlodipine) and strawberries.
