Symptom narrative

Patient states immediately after administration of vaccine she felt that the area in the arm felt warm. She stated that she could not use her arm for 24 hours. She was able to move her arm after that time period but stated it still felt sore. She did not have any swelling or discoloration at any time. She states that it's better now but still sore. She is able to move the arm.

Current illness

Having a hip replacement in one month from vaccine date.

kidney removed, diabetes, low thyroid, cad
