Symptom narrative

Few hours after vaccine she developed swelling in her left arm and hardness near the inject site. By the next morning her arm was swollen from the left hand to the shoulder with tingling and burning at the inject site.

She was seen in Urgent Care who she states diagnosed tendonitis and inflammation and prescribed antibiotics and arm sling
