Symptom narrative

Patient states that the day after he received the vaccine, he felt sluggish and memory issues. He also stated that he had a stent put in on 08/25/2025 and a flu vaccine administered on 08/28/2025. He was not sure what these side effect's attributed to exactly (he is not sure if it was the vaccine or procedure).
