I took him in for his 6 month check up and they spoke to me about to vaccinations and asked if i was okay with that and they asked if i wanted him to give him the flu vaccine i said yes. They came in and gave him 4 vaccines and left. They then left and came back and told me they forgot the flu vaccine. When i woke up the next day i looked at his leg and they gave him 3 vaccine instead of 2 plus the oral one. I called and they stated they gave him one that they are unsure what they gave him. His leg was swollen and ever since then he sleeping more and eating less. He was drinking 6 oz every 3 hours and now he will drink 4 oz every 5-6 hours. He was eating baby food and now he dosent want it.
