Symptom narrative

Pt called, 10/06/2025- states "I wanted to report, I believe I had a reaction to the flu vaccine, and I have never had a reaction before." Patient reported that she received a high-dose flu vaccine on 10/02/2025 at the (withheld name) flu vaccine clinic, by that evening she had a sore arm, that felt heavy to raise, her face was flushed, her body felt hot, but temperature was normal, and she had difficulty sleeping Thursday and Friday. She states, "I woke up Saturday morning and felt normal, the symptoms were gone, since I had never felt like this before, I thought I should let someone know."
