Symptom narrative

Patient complained of right arm stiffness a few hours after receiving MNEXSPIKE covid vaccine. Patient stated that she was unable to raise her right arm. Pharmacist suggested massage, compresses and take Tylenol or pain meds on hand if she has pain. Patient was advised to seek medical attention if stiffness prolongs and/or if she develops other reactions. Pharmacist followed up again 3 days after and patient stated that she was better and able to raise her right arm.
