Rec'd Abrysvo on 9/23/25. Became symptomatic for Bells Palsy on 10/5/25. Diagnosed with and started treatment for Bells Palsy on 10/6/25. Was in car accident on 10/3/25.

Type 1 Diabetes, Hypothyroidism Yeast Vaginitis, 33w pregnant
