Site: Pain at Injection Site-Mild, Systemic: Allergic: Difficulty Breathing-Medium, Systemic: Dizziness / Lightheadness-Medium, Systemic: Flushed / Sweating-Medium, Systemic: Hyperventilation-Medium, Additional Details: pt also got vaccines for vaqta(hep A) Lot number y017625, hep b (havplisav b) lot number 946908 and flucevax with lot number 406999. pt complained of dizziness and flushing within 30 seconds of vaccine. pt was visibly gasping for air after 5 mins and asked to lie down. pt did mention she had allergies to latex and also serious allergies to gardasil in the past. pt recieved emergency service and was taking aware conciously.
