Site: Pain at Injection Site-Mild, Additional Details: Patient did not loose conciousness, but was not responsive to verbal queues. Patient was seated but slouched over to the left, slighted craned head up to ceiling and eyes were glazed over but open and had a convulsion like reaction post vaccination that lasted a couple seconds then patient came out of it. Patient states never having a reaction like this before and stated not having any underlying condition of epilepsy or seizures.
