Systemic: NONE-Mild, Additional Details: Received Fluzone HD instead of Flucelvax, which was put in the wrong vaccine box. The correct vaccine was scanned out. Pt awared of receiving Fluzone HD, and would reported any side effects if any. Waited at the pharmacy after 5-10 minutes, no issues before leaving the facility.
