Systemic: no adverse reactions just reporting that pt was given vaccine im instead of sc-Mild, Additional Details: no adverse reaction, pt was just administered priorix by im route instead of sc. i tried calling pt repeatly because she had left before i realized but pt doesnt answer and no voice mail option to leave a message.
