Symptom narrative

Site: Bruising at Injection Site-Mild, Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Mild, Systemic: Dizziness / Lightheadness-Mild, Systemic: reported "seeing stars", bump at injection site-Mild, Additional Details: Patient had bump/bruising at injection site, went home and was upset and started "seeing stars", felt like she was might faint but did not. She was concerned the injection was given in a "fat pocket" instead of being administered in the muscle. Concerned she may possibly need revaccination and wants to ensure she is given adequate protection from this vaccine.
