Site: Bruising at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Itching at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Pain at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Redness at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Medium, Systemic: Headache-Medium, Additional Details: Pt visited MD on Monday 9/21 and MD thinks it could be possible cellulitis and prescribed Cephalexin as a 5 day therapy. Pt will reevaluate after the 5 days. I called the pt today and he states seems to be getting better but starting to itch. I will follow up as needed
