Site: Redness at Injection Site-Mild, Additional Details: Patient came in with husband for flu shots. Patient was to receive Flucelvax vaccination but accidently given Fluzone High Dose vaccination instead. Patient experienced no ADE at location and was informed of mistake. Patient was happy to receive higher coverage; patient's age at vaccination is 61.
