Symptom narrative

Site: Shoulder Joint Injury (prolonged pain, tingling, etc.)-Severe, Additional Details: Patient came in to pharmacy on 9/25 AM to report adverse event. States she went to ER due to extreme arm pain and inability to move arm. She was prescribed Norco for the pain. On visit to pharmacy there is no visible injection site reaction, redness, or irritation present. Patient expressed concern that immunizer may have administered dose too high. Patient has follow up with primary care scheduled and plans to seek PT for arm mobility issues.
