Systemic: Dizziness / Lightheadness-Severe, Systemic: Exhaustion / Lethargy-Severe, Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Severe, Additional Details: Pt became unresponsive (still breathing) while waiting 15 minutes in the chair outside the vaccine room. Ambulance and EMS alerted and took patient to receive care.
