Systemic: no symptoms, additional syringe had to be used and first syringe was damaged out-Mild, Additional Details: pt moved as the plunger was being depressed, thus resulting in a partial dose of the flu vaccine. Liquid sprayed on the pt's arm/on the table, and another syringe was used to ensure the pt received a full dose.
