Site: Shoulder Joint Injury (prolonged pain, tingling, etc.)-Medium, Additional Details: Patient's husband presented to the pharmacy on 9/24/25 and informed the team that the patient had suffered a shoulder injury because the immunizer administered the shot "too high" and that his wife was still in pain. We apologized and did tell him that we would file a report.
