Site: Bruising at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Pain at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Medium, Additional Details: Vaccination given left arm on 09/18/25. Woke up next day with swollen arm, internal bleeding causing bruising from top of shoulder to elbow. Swelling has reduced as of 09/24/25. Most of bruising still visible
