Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Severe, Additional Details: pt states she fainted at 0530 AM next day after injection, she fell, went to UC and ER, states she has fractured finger, rib, lip laceration and 2 loose teeth. Denies any symptoms of anaphylaxis.
