Symptom narrative

Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Mild, Additional Details: Patient fainted after the 3rd vaccine (Twinrix). Patient was unconsicous and her body was tense (looked like seizure but it was not seizure) Her husband was holding her. Her eye openned. Rph stormed in the pharmacy asked for help to call 911. Rph took an epipen 0.3mg and jabbed to her outer thigh. Pt regained consciouness almost right after Epi-pen.
