Site: Pain at Injection Site-Mild, Additional Details: pt received recombivax HB on 03/19/2025 at store then received 04/18/2025 at an unknown location. Pt came back to store and recieved Heplisav B in 05/02/2025. Pt was in the q for another Heplisav B today 09/27/25 but was flagged as completed series. Heplisav B is dosed 0,1 month apart. Recombivax HB dosed 0,1,6months apart. Calling MD on Monday 09/29/25 then calling pt to see if pt is completed or administer Recombivax HB in October or Heplisav B now.
