Symptom narrative

Systemic: Dizziness / Lightheadness-Medium, Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Severe, Systemic: Nausea-Severe, Additional Details: Patient received 3 vaccines and subsequently complained of nausea and feeling faint. On assessment, pulse was low. An Epipen was administered, and EMS was called. Patient regained consciousness and vital signs returned to normal upon EMS evaluation.
