Symptom narrative

Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Severe, Systemic: Vomiting-Mild, Additional Details: Patient lost consciousness, fell and hit head. Regained partial conconsciousness about 1 minute later, but was in pain and only partially responsive for several minutes. EMS arrived and vital signs were normal. Patient became more alert and vomited. EMS recommended patient be evaluated for head injury. Patient's father followed up 1 hour later to state she was at home sleeping and doing ok.
