Site: Pain at Injection Site-Mild, Additional Details: Patient had alread recieved a dose of rsv vaccine from another pharmacy, and came in to us to get an another dose. she attested to the fact that she had not rec'd one in the past when asked but after vaccine administration stated she had one before.
