Systemic: Dizziness / Lightheadness-Mild, Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Mild, Systemic: Flushed / Sweating-Mild, Systemic: Seizure-Mild, Systemic: Weakness-Mild, Additional Details: pt fainted after gardasil 9 he exhibit seizure activity for less than 30s. During the incident, we ensure no injury to the pt Due to seizure activity present, we laid pt down on the side to prevent any gastric aspiration, regained conscious within less 1mins.
