Symptom narrative

Site: Bruising at Injection Site-Mild, Site: Redness at Injection Site-Mild, Additional Details: Patient reported to the pharmacy with a visible bruise on the left arm that took the shape of the bandage applied. At the site of the irritation, some skin was removed from the removal of the band-aide and was bright red in color appearing to be a surface burn/reaction to the band-aide applied.
