Systemic: Allergic: Itch Generalized-Medium, Systemic: Allergic: Swelling of Face / Eyes / Mouth / Tongue-Medium, Additional Details: Patient came to Pharmacy on Sunday presenting with signs of rash and swelling in her legs ( using a walking cane ) she talked to pharmacist on duty and pharmacist advised her to make an appt at clinic.
