Systemic: Chest Tightness / Heaviness / Pain-Severe, Additional Details: severe pain in chest, radiating to neck unilateral, had bloodwork, EKG, Chest xray CT angiogram, all tests came back unremarkable(normal), physician determined cause was due to the vaccine she received the day prior. She has previously had Moderna vaccines with no incidence
