Symptom narrative

Site: Pain at Injection Site-Severe, Site: Shoulder Joint Injury (prolonged pain, tingling, etc.)-Severe, Systemic: Body Aches Generalized-Mild, Systemic: Arm pain-Medium, Systemic: Numbness (specify: facial area, extremities)-Mild, Systemic: Tingling (specify: facial area, extemities)-Mild, Systemic: Unable to Sleep-Mild, Systemic: Weakness-Medium, Additional Details: Patient felt a sharp pain immediately after shot was given. The pain started from the top of her arm all the way down to her fingers. The pain persists as she tries to lift her arm below the half way point. The pain is affecting her sleep habits. Patient was advised to see her primary physician to get her arm looked at. She will attempt to see a doctor tomorrow @ 09/30/2025
