Site: Redness at Injection Site-Mild, Systemic: Dizziness / Lightheadness-Mild, Systemic: Flushed / Sweating-Mild, Systemic: Hypotension-Mild, Systemic: Shakiness-Mild, Additional Details: pt refused to go to hospital with the emt personnel, they did a 12 lead ekg on her as well to rule out heart attack, pt had hypotension and she reported having her period to emt. she left home with her husband and 2 kids she had with her. pt advised to proceed with followup care with her doctor and also to receive future vaccinations in medical provider office and not bring her 2 young children. she may have anxiety/panic attack like symptoms per emt and needs to be further evaluated for anemia
