Symptom narrative

Systemic: Dizziness / Lightheadness-Medium, Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Mild, Systemic: Flushed / Sweating-Medium, Systemic: Hypotension-Mild, Additional Details: post vaccination pt went to Rx counter to pick up RX. Pt stated they felt dizzy and came back to vaccine station and sat down. Pt became pale and lost conciouness for <30 seconds. Pt was sweating. BP obtained and pt was hypotensive. legs elevated and ice packs provided. pt states she has HX and flairups of faining unrelated to vaccines and sees a naturalpath for this condition. Pt remained with RN for 15 minutes. When pt left, A&Ox4. escorted by pt partner.
