Systemic: NECK STIFFNESS, SHOULDER/NECK SWELLING-Severe, Systemic: Unable to Sleep-Severe, Additional Details: PATIENT REPORTED SWELLING/PAIN IN THE NECK AND SHOULDER AREA, FEELINGS OF HAVING A STIFF NECK THAT IS STILL PRESENT. PATIENT WENT TO URGENT CARE TO GET MEDICATIONS TO HELP WITH THE PAIN. URGENT CARE PRESCRIBED HIM MUSCLE RELAXANTS.
