Symptom narrative

Systemic: Dizziness / Lightheadness-Medium, Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Medium, Additional Details: 15 year old patient w/history of fainting. parents stated he has had shots recently and been fine. after vaccination he complained of feeling a litted dizzy. i offered for him to stay seated in room for as long as necessary. after a few mins he left with his parents, but fainted down one of the aisles. my tech ran and got him some water. i grabbed the chair from vaccine room and elevated his legs. he remained concious the whole time and said he was fine. did not hit head as dad partially caught
