Site: Pain at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Shoulder Joint Injury (prolonged pain, tingling, etc.)-Medium, Additional Details: Patient came in and said her arm that had her covid shot in a couple weeks ago is still hurting. She can't move that arm above her head and needs to use her good arm to help lift her injured arm now.
