Site: Pain at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Redness at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Medium, Systemic: Chills-Medium, Systemic: Fever-Medium, Systemic: Weakness-Medium, Additional Details: Patient came in on 9/29/2025 due to discomfort from shots given on 9/25/2025. Her left arm was warm to the touch, swollen and redness just above the elbow, not at the injection site. Advised of shots possibly given to low on the arm.
