Site: Redness at Injection Site-Mild, Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Mild, Systemic: Chills-Mild, Systemic: Fever-Mild, Additional Details: patient was treated on 9/27 for cellulitis after receiving vaccine 9/26. Patient reported that the technician followed proper aseptic technique protocol since she informed the technician that this has happened to her before after vaccines in the MD office. Technician cleaned area with swab and wore gloves Patient is following up with MD to try to find out why she is getting this type of reaction after vaccinations
