Site: Pain at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Redness at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Medium, Additional Details: Patient states the injection site began to swell, get red and become painful about 1 week after injection. Prior to that the patient did not experience any issues. Patient also stated the area was warm to the touch. I suggested he reach out to his primary care physician for consultation.
