Site: Bruising at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Pain at Injection Site-Medium, Additional Details: patient came into pharmacay following morning after vaccine adminstered and showed a tangerine size bruise at the site of injection and states that painful to lift arm , warm to the touch and skin stiffer at the bruised area when touched. she will monitor and will follow up with md if condition worsens
