Systemic: Exhaustion / Lethargy-Medium, Additional Details: I accidentally gave her 2 Mnexpike. She did say she normally gets sick on every covid vaccine. I told her I would expect her to have covid like symotoms for 24-48 hours in -6-12 hours. There are no issues at this time.
