Symptom narrative

Systemic: Confusion-Mild, Systemic: Dizziness / Lightheadness-Medium, Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Medium, Systemic: Nausea-Mild, Systemic: Seizure-Medium, Additional Details: About 2 minutes after receiving vaccination, patient fainted and had a tonic-clonic seizure for about 10-15 seconds. Patient was grunting and foaming at the mouth during seizure. About 20 seconds later, he became fully conscious and was initially confused and felt nauseous.
