Symptom narrative

Systemic: Dizziness / Lightheadness-Medium, Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Medium, Systemic: Flushed / Sweating-Mild, Additional Details: Patient got dizzy after shot and passed out momentarily. patient was assisted to lie down and feet up. EMT were called and she was monitored for blood pressure and breathing. Patient recovered and was able to walk out unassisted.
